We tailor the sprint to the problem you’re facing—whether that’s security, compliance, delivery, or disaster simulation.

1. In-Depth Discovery

If needed, we dig deeper into your systems, constraints, and objectives to fully understand the context.

2. System Design (If Applicable)

For architecture-heavy work (e.g. stalled migrations, unstable pipelines), we sketch the target design: structure, key components, integration points, and critical trade-offs. This avoids wasted effort and sets the direction.

If the job is tactical (e.g. security hardening or audit remediation), we skip this and get straight to execution.

3. Execution

4. Handover
